What's the difference between the 3 mattresses?

The G1 Mattress comes with 3 Toppers. Alternating between Toppers provides you with 3 distinct firmnesses. Firm, Medium & Soft.

The G2 Mattress Comes with 1 Topper. When Topper is attached, it provides a Soft Feel, when topper is removed, it is a medium feel. When rotating the mattress, it provides a Firm feel

The G3 Mattress does not come with any Toppers. It provides a Medium feel on one side and a firm feel on the other.

It is often accepted that manufacturers cut corners so they can charge less. The result is a mattress of inferior quality, which can wear out quickly. We use high quality materials, so your mattress will be comfortable at least for its full 10 year lifespan.

Do you offer a discount if more than one mattress is purchased?

Yes we offer generous discounts when multiple mattresses are ordered. We value loyalty and are not afraid to show it.

 

How long does it take to get my mattress?
Once we receive your order, your mattress will be boxed and shipped within 10 days. From there we ship using various methods that involve recognised couriers and shippers. We always endeavor to provide you with tracking info complete with an estimated delivery date once the mattress is ready to be shipped.

 

Which countries do you ship to?
We provide free shipping to all countries in Europe. There may be a charge for shipment to countries outside of Europe.

 

What would you estimate transit times to be to my location?
Well that depends on where you live but generally one week is an adequate and reasonable time to deliver to most parts of Europe.

Can you ship internationally?

Where is my package?

The tracking page says it is delivered but I have not received it. Please send us an email right away and we will investigate and get back to you immediately.

Can I get a replacement mattress cover?
Of course you can order an extra mattress cover at any time. If you need a replacement due to a defect in your original cover, just contact our team with a couple of photographs of the defective cover for us to learn more. 

 

What if the foam forms irregular indentations and is getting body impressions?
This is unlikely to happen for at least 10 years. We consider increased softness such as body impressions or permanent indentations to be warranty issues that fall under our 10 year warranty. If you observe a visible indentation greater than 3/4 of an inch please let our team know, so that we can replace the mattress.

 

Why do you only offer a 10 year warranty when other companies offer 10-25 years?
10-25 year warranties are more often than not pro-rated, which means for every year that you own the mattress, you will receive less credit. The reality is other companies make it quite difficult to prove defects. We work on the honor system, respecting our customers loyalty by being transparent and honest in our pricing and in our warranties. 

 

Do I need to flip my mattress?
Our foam cores have been designed to have a specific top and bottom. 

 

Can I clean the cover?
The cover is fully removable and machine washable. Please do not tumble dry as it may shrink. If the cover is a bit dirty, you may unzip and remove the cover to spot clean with a mild detergent gently dabbing the cover rather than rubbing it. For small clean up, if you spot clean while the cover is still on the mattress, make sure the cleaned area is 100% dry before placing sheets and blankets back on the mattress.

 

What is the mattress' foam density?
The foams we designed currently have different high levels of densities and structures. High end foams made to last past the 10 year Guarantee.

 

What makes up the foam core?
What's inside our Guest Mattresses are layers of high quality, different density polyurethane foams and Visco elastic slow recovery memory foams, blended to our design and specifications. We use Natural Oils such as Aloe Vera Oil when making our foams making them healthier than most foams on the market. The glue that is used to bind these layers of foam is Simalfa Green, one of the purest and safest water based glues.
 

What is the cover made of?
A blend of high quality organic cotton and soft polyester.

 

Are the mattresses Fire Resistant?
Our mattresses are certified Class 1IM fire-retardant according to BS 5852:1990. Tested and verified by an accredited lab to fully comply with flammability standards.

 

What certifications do you have?

Manufactured in an environment certified ISO 9001:2000 standard, Our mattresses are certified OEKO-Tex Standard 100 and registered Certified Class 1 Medical Device and marked CE in compliance with the European Directive 93/42/EEC that regulates medical equipment.

 

What type of bed frames are compatible with the Guest Mattress?
The Guest Mattresses work well with most styles of frame or foundation, be it a box spring or solid foundation with a metal frame, slatted, or platform style frame.

 

Should I use a mattress protector?
The soft mattress cover is not water resistant, so using a mattress protector can help prolong the life of the mattress, protecting it from spills as well as dirt or allergens. We provide cotton Waterproof Mattress Protectors, treated in a Teflon treatment making them impermeableto water.
